Return & Exchange Policy

There is a strict "No Refunds" policy; unless one is offered due to us not being able to fulfill your order. Exchanges are accepted on wigs that haven't been worn. or hasn't had the lace cut in instances of improper fit, Retail products that arrive damaged are eligible  for exchange as well.
