Service Description
Consultation required prior to appointment! Includes clarification shampoo, steam treatment, keratin treatment, blow out, press, trim, tape ins install, blending, and styling. Extensions not included in pricing, if you would like to purchase extensions from me please reach out via email for a price quote. If you provide your own 3 packs (60 pieces) is the minimum needed. Lasts 6 weeks with proper care, requires professional maintenance biweekly.
Cancellation Policy
The required retainer fee goes towards service is due at the time of booking. Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation on the customer’s behalf the fee will NOT be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If I have to cancel the fee will be returned. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time will have to pay a new retainer. No late fees, please communicate if you are running behind or need to reschedule.
