Service Description
Age 6 & under ONLY! Age 7+ book a regular silk press. Includes shampoo, condition, steam treatment, blow out, and press, curls optional. Add on trims and additional treatments in the natural hair category.
Cancellation Policy
The required retainer fee goes towards service is due at the time of booking. Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation on the customer’s behalf the fee will NOT be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If I have to cancel the fee will be returned. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time will have to pay a new retainer. No late fees, please communicate if you are running behind or need to reschedule.
