Service Description
Ages 12 and under ! Includes braiding hair (if needed), shampoo, blow dry and braided style. No beads or accessories are included but if you bring them I will put them on no additional charge. If child cannot sit for the service unfortunately I will not be able to complete the appointment. I do have a lot of patience with children and I don’t mind crying but they must be able to sit still.
Cancellation Policy
The required retainer fee goes towards service is due at the time of booking. Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation on the customer’s behalf the fee will NOT be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If I have to cancel the fee will be returned. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time will have to pay a new retainer. No late fees, please communicate if you are running behind or need to reschedule.
