Service Description
I will block out your measurements your a custom unit and recommend the best cap size for you. Must bring your bundles and lace with you or have you're order already placed if purchasing from me. Please come with a braid down or schedule one with me in addition to this appointment for most accurate measurements.
Cancellation Policy
The required retainer fee goes towards service is due at the time of booking. Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation on the customer’s behalf the fee will NOT be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If I have to cancel the fee will be returned. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time will have to pay a new retainer. No late fees, please communicate if you are running behind or need to reschedule.
