Service Description
You will have a reserved 30 min to discuss your hair goals and create a hair care plan to ensure you reach them. Alternatively you may discuss the style of custom wig you want or a service i offer that you’re interested in and ask any questions you may be confused on. For tape ins consultations i will determine if you’re a good candidate. Can be done virtually via FaceTime, fb messenger, or IG dm or in person please put which you would prefer in the notes .
Cancellation Policy
The required retainer fee goes towards service is due at the time of booking. Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation on the customer’s behalf the fee will NOT be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If I have to cancel the fee will be returned. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time will have to pay a new retainer. No late fees, please communicate if you are running behind or need to reschedule.
