  • How do I book an appointment with Tasje'?
    Visit the booking section of the site. Be sure to read the "Booking Policy" and service descriptions in full before booking your appointment.
  • How much is a wig?
    Wig pricing can be found in the WIG BAR section of the website.
  • Do you sell hair?
    We no longer sell just bundles or lace, we do sell our vendors for our hair as well as custom wigs and full laces.
  • I've never worn a wig or lace frontal, closure, etc. What should i book?"
    Book a consultation in the "Booking tab" so we can decide the best extension service for you!
  • Do you teach classes? Will my class be cheaper if i provide my own products and tools ?
    Yes! Tasje' teaches 1on1, group classes, and online webinars. Hands on classes come with a complete kit included in pricing to ensure our students have the proper supplies to learn the techniques. There is no way to decrease the pricing for any classes and bringing your own supplies is unecessary.
  • How many bundles do I need to complete my hairstyle?
    In most cases, 2-3 bundles and a lace is sufficient to complete a style. 2 bundles for 18" or shorter, and 3 bundles for 20" and longer. If you desire a fuller look you can request additional bundles to be added to your install. as many bundles can be added as long as they don't interfere with the flatness of the install
  • How often should i be coming back for maintenance on my install?
    On average, it is recommended to come back every 1-2 weeks for maintenance. But depending on your daily activity, how much you sweat, how oily your skin gets, or how you wrap your hair during showers or at bedtime will determine how long your install will actually last.
  • How do I maintain lace at home?
    I have a short video that demonstrates how to probably wrap your hair at night on my IG. The best thing to wrap the edges of your lace with is a silk or satin band or lace band. Avoid gettinng your lace wet or oily. Baby hairs should stay in tact with proper wrapping but if control is needed Got2B Glued Freeze Spray is recommended to lay them back down. A bonnet should also be worn to cover the back of extensions to avoid tangling
  • What products should i use to maintain my extensions at home?
    The SBT Extensions care line is coming soon and will offer a variety of products to keep your extensions in the best condition. Sulfate free, moisturizing shampoos and conditioners are best. Shampooing extensions is very important to cleanse dirt and oils. DO NOT cowash! After washing a light weight leave in conditoner spray should be applied while extensions are still damp. Do not forget to detangle from ends to roots with a detangling brush before rinsing conditioner and after applying any products. Prior to styling straight or body wave textures with heat tools apply a lightweight serum from ends to roots. For curly textures use water and curl defining mousse to keeps curls hydrated and defined.
  • Do I have to come to my appointment shampooed?
    No! Shampoos are included with all install appointments and natural hair services.
  • When should I drop my hair off before my appoinment and why is this important?
    Please drop of your lace atleast 24 hours ahead of you appoinment! This is vital to making sure you know if you have acceptable lace to work with beforehand and allow your appoinment to run quicker. ALL lace needs to be customized rather it's HD, transparent, pre-plucked or not. That process alone takes at least 90 minutes. It allows us to operate more efficiently when that process is done before hand.
  • Can I bring my own wig to be installed by Tasje?
    Yes
  • I don't have PayPal, How can I order?
    You can still checkout on our site even if you don't have a PayPal account, be sure to select pay with debit/credit to checkout as a guest. count. Select "Credit/Debit" at checkout and you will be directed to input your info without logging in.
  • To be a TWB affiliate do I have to purchase a wig?
    No you do not have to purchase anything to be an affiliate. It is recommended that you do wear our wigs to give honest reviews and make it easier to promote. You are able to use your personal code on your orders.
  • How do you add on bundles to a custom orders?
    Head to the shop section and select the bundle deals. add your desired lengths and texture. Only order bundles in addition to a custom wig, we do not sell hair separately.
  • How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    You can cancel or reschedule bookings up to 24 hours prior to your appointments using the prompts shown below.
  • How is your booking schedule set up?
    You can schedule appointments as soon as 7 days from the desired appointment date unless otherwise specified by Tasje'. Appointments can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance currently. Openings become available on a weekly basis.
